Cheap DSL for Parents?

Can anyone recommend a cheap DSL provider for broadband only, dont want anything fancy just DSL and email, dont need huge or no download limits as they will only use browsing and email.
Have looked at a few combined phone/broadband packages but havent found anything cheap enough yet, does anyone know of an isp offering DSL at around

thanks Alastair, not heard great things about Tiscali but then all they need is web n email and decentish speed, checked virgin already and they arent in an area.
will have a look at what tiscali offer.

Steer clear of Tiscali if you can and perhaps pay a few quid more and get a really solid ISP like NewNet - well Recommended by many with stable and solid connections for

The UK Online cheap deal uses LLU and all it involves.
As the other posters have said your parents are going to have to pay more than

Do they have Sky TV? If so then the free Sky broadband may be worth a try.
