Re: ISP Recommendations

Fair enough cavillas, i just wondered why you always recommended just the one ISP, I can certainly understand from reading why you would not recommend Plusnet or adsl4less.
Id also like to say that i myself would recommend IDnet for light to medium use. That i base on the caps they have and the excellent comments people make about IDnet. They are obviously one of the better providers, maybe not suited to the heavy download mob (which is good for you and others who are with IDnet ) other then that a good ISP for alot of people

Op at the end of the day, my suggestion would be as follows.

Make a list of 2/3 isps that seem to fit the bill. Then decide on one and give them a short trial period. If they fail to meet expectations then migrate to the next isp on your list.

I am on the 3rd isp in 4 months having been with Pipex for about 5 years. I am a very moderate gamer & p2per with monthly download at about 10-15Gb (max).

You will find the right isp for you but what works for another user may probably not work for you.
