I would have thought so.

Any idea what alternatives to BT are unbundled at your parent's exchange?

You mention unlimited. Do you have any practical limits?

What sort of contract term are you looking for 1, 3, 12 months?

Are you prepared to argue the case for your parents if they need support and their ISP's customer support is lousy?

Hi Steve,
Might be worth a look at Madasafish ... I don't know what there prices are like, but they do both services, and they seem to have a pretty happy customer base.

Or possibly something like Enta for broadband & Madasafish for landline.

I used to work for one of these companies mentioned, all i can say is that if you have a fault with your telephone, GOD HELP YOU! They will tell you try this and that, like you have time to buy a new phone to test and to test at the TEST socket, as if everyone is a DIY expert!

I suggest stick with a reliable company with a KNOWN track record. IF you think is bad then you havent seen my ex-companY!

I used to pity the poor customers who had faults, because our senior staff themselves didnt know what to suggest and ended up [censored] desperate customers who need to get the connection or phone up and running!
