Entanet resellers?

What are entanet resellers, and what's the difference between them and other ISP. Any advantages?

Entanet is now a highly regarded ISP, but do not sell directly, they use a network of resellers that put the packages together, billing is done directly with Enta through their basic resellers, they also have some L2TP resellers, these people buy the DSL tail feeds from Enta, and then add their own bits and managed their own backhaull and charge their own pricing.
