In reply to:

I am 1.5km from the exchange and get 4000bps sync on adslmax

I know that's only your straight line distance but compared to my straight line distance of 2.86 km and actual line length of 4.125 km then your 4 Mb sync is quite poor as I get that on Max!

In reply to:

What kinda speed could i get do you think and would my zyxel Prestige 660HW-61 be compatible to use on their adsl2 service for 24mb speed.

I don't know how good the Zyxel Prestige is as I've never used one but as long as it supports the ADSL2+ standard then it should be okay on BE although it won't be supported as it isn't an 'officially' BE approved router.

In reply to:

Also whats the download limits, is it unlimited as in download say 200gb a month or more. Or is there a limit of 5gb lol.

I'm not sure as I'm not with BE but they have an undisclosed limit but I've not read about any problems with people being capped (so far)

If you could post some line stats such as attenuation and noise margin, current sync speed, it would be appreciated. We might be able to give a better estimate of what you might get on BE.
