ISP suggestions for my mother

Need some recommendations for an ISP I can set my mother up with. She is a fairly low usage user - mostly email with a little web browsing (although she has discovered Listen Again on the BBC site and I think uses that fairly often).

She's currently with Tiscali but they are proving to be deeply unreliable so what I need is somehting that will be fairly cheap but most importantly reliable - she's on her own and I'm not just round the corner so problems are a real pain. She's paying around
