New ISP, please help to choose

[link to this post]

Hi, I'm looking to move to a new ISP and need some help choosing. I'm currently on Zen's old Home 500 plan and need something quicker. I'd love to stay with Zen for many reasons but unfortunately non of their new packages suit my needs. What I'm after are:
- 4mb or faster
- Reliable connection
- Good customer service, which I hopefully never need to use
- Unlimited downloads, or a good peak allowance (50GB+) and almost unlimited off peak. I'm currently using 90GB a month and could possibly exceed this to about 150GB with a faster link.
- No restrictions or limitation on use, i.e. newsgroups
- Preferably short notice period in case service ever deteriorates

The ISP I'm considering are:
- Be Unlimited
- Nildram Broadband 2, starting to read a few bad things about them
- Bulldog Unlimited Plus, not sure if I have to move my BT landline to them
- BT Broadband Option 3

Any views on these ISPs and their FUPs, and recommend any others? I'm willing to spend up to

Well, KeConnect is one of the best ISPs around for customer service and technical knowledge however you do pay for it.
Their 250GB upto 8Mbps package is a little more than you wish to spend at

I think moving from Zen it can only be one way - downhill. Having said that, the only provider I would consider from your list is Be, and even then not sure about the support side but it has got better apparently, and the 12-month contract issue with 3-months cancellation.

How about the Enta resellers as they offer 30 / 300Gb on / off respectively; could you live with that for
