I migrated a friend from Pipex LLU to NewNet at no cost on a 1-month contract, and it was recently checked by another TB user and there is still no charge for migration from LLU, so NewNet gets my vote.

If you can get Eclipse LLU, can you get any other LLU services, like Be?
If not, then go for an Entanet reseller, ADSL24 get my vote - fantastic speeds and service.

Two possible reasons:

one, you use less than 61 GB per month,
two, it isn't capped.

You forgot to mention that the added tenner means they don't charge BT's recently imposed

How much have you paid out in this 'cease charge' over the last year and how much have you bagged from overcharging on activations?

I know accounts are not your strong point ( 10 months overdue now, when you gonna be listed as 'proposal to strike off' again? Must be soon ) but I spot a nice little earner.

Surely that will depend on the quality of the ISP - they'd have paid out loads if a good many people leave, and very little if most people stay.
