sis-in-law is looking to move from talktalk but would like to keep around the same monthly charge ~

The best ISP for her circumstances is pretty much driven by how much data she transfers per month. Any idea how many Gigs she uses?

And why is she wanting to move, so she doesn't get the same problem at the new one?

I would have thought Sky was your only sensible choice, based on finances that is - follow the Sky forum but do bear in mind Sky have over 500k users and people only generally post when they are unhappy.

My Sky connections been fantastic from day one and I do mean that.
