Plusnet.com

Have had a connection problem for the last 2 years and have spent a lot of time and money on these so called help lines. The end result has always been the same - faulty equipment see the dealer and keep getting passed back and forward. Before getting to the stage where I was thinking of getting rid of the kit I remember someone mentioning Plusnet. Just joined on a free month, someone phoned/spent time with my problem and bingo all sorted. Just proves there are some good providers around - Well done Plusnet.

Good to hear we got you connected and your happy with the service so far. Might want to note that the URL isn't Plusnet.com (this is not us) and is actually www.plus.net

Hop on over to the PN forum if you have any questions.
