Looking for an ISP ADSL max only

[link to this post]

Hi

i currently need to chance my ISP due to money problems to a lower package,

atm i average 130GB a month now this is including uploads, which would count for about 1/3rd of that total but i can cut that back alot!, and most of that downloading and uploading is off peak, currently i am on a business package but i am looking to move to a residential package from someone.

i do quite a bit of torrenting and online gaming

i can afford upto 30 a month but the cheaper the better

was looking at UKFSN, vivaciti, adsl24 as you can see all are Entanet resellers.

Home MAX 30 30 GB 300 GB 19.99
Home MAX 60 60 GB 330 GB 29.99
Office 45 45 GB 300 GB 29.38 - thing one includes keeping my 832kbps upload

anyone got any other suggestions i look at?, especially outside of entanet?

You won't get anywhere near the same allowances for the money as you do with Entanet unless you go LLU Sky/UK Online or Be/O2, not while maintaining decent service levels anyway.

There are no other options than the Entanet reseller lineup that you quote, or Sky/UKOnline or O2/Be LLU as already said by sjr.

Why do you say Max only? If you have checked your exchange and can only get Max, fair enough, but if you have been scared off LLU from horror stories about Tiscali, Orange or TalkTalk, then the ones above are far far better.

Bob: BT Broadband >> Prodigynet >> Newnet Lite.
Purple Cloud for domain reg/hosting, email hosting and now also web space.
