What chance of finding an ISP not planning to embed phorm in their system and being honest enough to state this fact.

Pretty good; Entanet, IDNet, Newnet and Zen I think have all said they will have nothing to do with it, probably others as well. Steer clear of the big names and you should probably be OK

pretty good, you could start by looking at antiphormleague which is owned/operated by entanet, sa i guess that counts as a statement of intent. pretty sure many of the reputable isps have already said they will have nothing to do with it

I am presently with cable, it seems to be a done deal.
Opt-in or Opt-out will probably be meaningless.

Virgin Media is currently denying having signed up at all, they have talked about it and expressed an interest, so it looks far from being a done deal
