SurfAnytime?

What's the catch with these guys? They're offering 450GB off allowances (midnight off-peak), 30GB on-peak and bundled Giganews usenet access (nice!) all for £25. They're top rated over on ispreview, but there aren't that many reviews tbh.

Are the speeds rubbish? According to the reviews they're solid. But I can't help feeling I'm missing something. Any advice?

With small operations it is always hard to judge ratings, since a couple of happy 'customers' can skew figures

If they are open and honest about who they use for their wholesaler then you can assess the actual product more.
