OK I want the following
NO traffic shaping on httfp,ssl, usenet, work vpn (i dont use bit torrent so I dont care about this)
I want a high usage allowance >=30 gig
I want free usage between 00:00 and 8am
I want fast speeds between 8am and 00:00 >=5meg on everything (no bit torrent)
I have no LLU so it has to be BT based
I want a base package not a buy this and add this blah blah blah (these thing never work im my experiance somthign alway goes wrong)

Any ideas or am I just [censored] in the wind?

Firstly; is your line short enough to give you a connection speed above 6240kbps (because that's the connection speed you'll need to get a 5.2Mbps maximum data speed)?

I'm sure what you want is available.....At a price (maybe £70+ a month).
Otherwise, you're going to have to compromise.
To the best of my knowledge, there's not a single ISP which will do everything you're asking for.

Plusnet will do a 30GB package, which is unmetered midnight to 8am, but it's heavily throttled at other times, so you're unlikely to ever see the 5Mbps+ speeds you want.

AAISP will do the unmetered from midnight (to 9am), but the highest peak allowance (9am to 6pm weekdays) is 8GB, plus 100GB for use from 6pm to midnight weekdays, and 9am to midnight at weekends.
They have a very good reputation for speed (because the packages are so expensive), so you'll probably get the 5Mbps you're looking for.
But......It's £38.10 a month, plus £4.89 per GB over-usage charge (but you didn't want any extras, so that counts out AAISP).

IDnet do a full unlimited "Business Premium" package which seems to fit your requirements.....It's £79.50 per month ex. VAT (that's the price you'll have to pay if you're not willing to compromise on some of your bullet-points).

im like sound of the AAISP offer however on there website I cant seem to find the unmetered from midnight (to 9am) option. (however 100 gig is alot)
The 9am-6pm will only affect the wife/kids and I cant throttle them easly (on the firewall lol)
the 100gig peak usage seems amazing does it not go to a snails pace after 6pm like enta does now at 10pm?

For qualitative information read this and for their claimed throttles read the following links:

Both the following cost £19.55 pcm and 73p-98p an extra gigabyte depending on if you pre-buy or PAYG. In theory on these packages the throttling would be working for you rather than against. 30Gb on Pro would cost you a minimum of £30.50 (with pre-paid bandwidth).
Option 3 30Gb, unmetered overnight. Most traffic at gold. BINARY usenet silver/slow.
Pro 15Gb, unmetered overnight. All traffic gold.

Already have, and it's saved as a bookmark, too.
In any case, the OP wanted 30GB peak allowance (which only "Option 3" has), and he wanted >5Mbps at all times; but the "how our throttling works" pages say he'll get nothing like that (not even a quarter of that after 4pm) .
