ISP with free connection and < 6 months contract?

[link to this post]

might be a bit ambitious but are there any ISP with free connection and short contract?

I used to be with Be but moving house recently and unfortunately this new place doesn't have LLU... sad day. I will be staying in a flat for around 6 months - 9 months while selling our house before buying buying another one.

1) Does broadband works the same for flats compared to house?
2) I won't have a bt phone line until 12th march, do i have to wait until the phone line is activiated before applying for broadband, or can I do it now?

- I use P2P and occasional online TV / Radio etc, I can arrange to use P2P overnight / off peak hours.
- don't mind a low(ish) usage, around 10gb peak, but need ideally unlimited off peak, or at least 50+gb off peak.

I am looking at entanet re-seller, and UKFSN Home MAX 30 seems like the best option for me, albeit the connection fee...

3) can anyone recommend a different entanet re-seller or isp that suits me?

Entanet resellers are not a good place to go at the moment. It sounds like you haven't looked in the Entanet forum recently.

It might be worth looking at AAISP. The peak allowances are tiny, but good off-peak, and a separate unmetered night-time. Quite a few Entanet customers have gone there. See the off-peak details here.

Bob: Demon dialup >> Freeserve dialup >> BT Broadband >> Prodigynet >> Newnet >> O2 Standard.
Purple Cloud for domain, email and web space.

most isp's will do free migrations, but yours is a new connection and BT will charge someone for the privelege

does not matter the shape or size of the house

no phone line and no adsl, u need the line to get the second ordered
