O2 Availability Checker - problems?

[link to this post]

I've been looking into changing my ISP and O2 were looking like the most likely candidate. Up until today, when I put my phone number into their availability checker I was getting an estimated download speed of 2.5Mbps (so much better than the 300kbps I'm getting with my current ISP). Now however, when I put my number in I'm told that I'm in an O2 enabled area and my estimated download speed is 0Mbps! Is there a problem with my number or with their checker?

Thanks for that. My in-laws number works too but mine doesn't - most odd. The same thing happens with Be too - up until today it was also giving me 2.5Mbps, now 0.

Has anything changed on your landline very recently? Restarted, renumbered etc. If so, there may be no line length information yet on the Openreach records for your number.
