ISP for parents

Hi

Does anyone have any ISP recommendations for my parents to use in conjuction with their existing BT phone line? Requirments are monthly contract, low usage (email and web browsing only), relaible service and decent support. They are on the Fordham, Essex exchange (EAFOR) and so LLU is not an option.

Newnet Home Lite. But if they start using iPlayer or other TV catchups then Home M would be needed.

Thanks for the advice. Newnet was one of the options I was looking at, so it seems I had the right idea.
