Okay, I am the OP, and I am going to get this straight.

I connected my computer to the box by ethernet cable and got the internet. I tried to connect by wireless and got nothing. Network unavailable. I posted this information in their forum.

Anyway, I have solved the problem. The box has a label on the back with the SSID printed on it. For some reason, I was using the ethernet cable and looking in the box's internal web page, and somewhere I found the SSID, which is different from the SSID on the label. That was it. Now wireless is working.

A life? I met someone with one of those once. I believe they can be quite exciting.

Ah - I forgot!

You need to check your wiring. You should be getting quite a bit higher speed. Start with Troubleshooting >> Ring/bell wire on my website.

I suspect you are a spammer. You registered specially to post a reply with a commercial link in your sig, to a problem that was solved in November 2010.

I doubt if many people in the UK will want a Norwegian ISP though tongue.
