There's no fup and it's not throttled.

That and I am not clear on the state of affairs with Sky's FUP and throttling and so on.

I did reply straight away saying, "If you can't get Be* then go for Sky LLU, totally unlimited and they don't throttle."

Seems the cheapest and best option to me.

Yeah I must have not noticed. Too many tabs and ISPs in my head at the same time. It is indeed the cheapest one I can get.

Anyway to know if or when they'll be capacity?

I suspect Be/o2 and the other LLU ISPs will have a lot of spare capacity come September 2011 once Wandsworth gets FTTC.

You're unlucky that in September, BT delayed the FTTC launch there from December 2010 and that UKOnline also announced it was closing - which probably attracted a lot more customers to other LLU providers.

I imagine LLU providers are not interested in investing in new ports, given the pending launch of FTTC..

Sunil

Most likely they've ran out of handover space for new lines, not that the exchange cannot add any more lines, Be's own racks might be full and you'll have to wait for a space
