This is so much of an improvement. My latency in world of warcraft has gone from between 1000ms to 8000ms to nothing above 200ms.
I was even able to watch a 720p movie on youtube which is impressive to say the least considering my bandwidth.

Does anyone know what these settings should be set as for my connection?
Im not sure what they mean.
QoS Class: UBR VBR or CBR
PCR/SCR/MBS
I currently have them set to default values.
