No requirement and most full LLU phone services do not support the call prefix operators.

Whether it is worse or better than TalkTalk retail - all depends on what actual quality of service they are buying from TalkTalk. Even if charging more than TalkTalk that is no guarantee of service.

The they can't say suggests this is an old Tiscali contract that is now a talktalk business one, and probably buying as cheap as chips to keep price down.

Thank you for the link.

So looks like i will have to change my phone number, from what that says. The broadband is from talk talk, as I though it maybe.

I assume talk talk wholesale, is nothing like going with talk talk direct?
£23 is a good price fro phone and broadband.

Wonder if you can use 18185 on that service?

Then again, you could get unlimited broadband with no minimum tie-in on the line rental, free calls to mobiles and 40 countries, and no penalty for a paper bill if you choose to swerve direct debit and pay at the post office

what other LLU services have you got on your Exchange? If you got Cable and wireless Tesco uses them and the network is good, but it is fully unbundled, like Talk Talk.

If you want cheap then Plusnet and Orange is cheap and also look at the post office.
cheap is not always good mind you, I am not going for bundles again, keep everything separate

Cant vouch for the broadband with yourcalls.net but been using them for anytime calls for 4 years, so must be good. Dont forget the cheaper chargeable calls ie to mobiles you can designate as a golden destination. Signed up with these after Talktalk stole the phone line.
This is in conjunction with O2 LLU, previously ADSL24 with Entanet.

Now going FTTC and retaining yourcalls as a phone provider.
