Looking for a new ISP

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a new ISP and need some advice/recommendations.

My exchange is Inverkeithing.

I am a medium to heavy downloader and would be looking for a 60GB cap at least. I am currently with BT (on Option 3) but I'm looking for a change as it's a bit pricey. I am looking to spend about £40/month for broadband + calls + line rental if possible.

Any advice would be appreciated.
