New ISP

I'm looking for an ISP. Here's what I am looking for:

Annex M (Preferably, Up to 1.2 Upload if not Annex M)
Fastpath
The less throttling the better (Preferably an ISP that doesn't throttle at all)
Preferably an ISP that offers up to 24Mbps instead of up to 20Mbps (I can sync close to 21Mbps)

I've noticed they offer Annex M on Business packages, but I don't currently have a home business, does this matter?

ISP: I can choose from:
TalkTalk (CPW) - ADSL2+
BT - ADSL2+
Sky LLU - ADSL2+

Sky as far as I know don't use/offer Annex M.

Talk Talk Business do, but not sure about Talk Talk (for home use).

BT Wholesale do also and you'll find a few providers being able to offer this also.

Only choice is pretty much 21CN resellers and Opal Resellers.

Shame theres no BE.

I know, I would love to have BE, I'm thinking of giving IDNet a go, they offer up to 1.4Mbps up, I just need to see if they offer fastpath, one problem though when I run a phone check it says they can only offer me the up to 8Mbps package. Sam Knows & the BT wholesale checker say that my exchange has ADSL2+.

Wouldn't FTTC meet your needs? Try using your phone number in that checker.

BT isn't installing Infinity untill 2012, so no, that's not an option.

Even then you won't be able to get Infinity as they only supply that where the estimate is 15Mbps+, unless they change their rule, but you will be able to get other FTTC, see my list on this page.

However for now I see no reason why IDNet can't offer you ADSL2+, did you use their checker on this page?

Under 15mbps is Option 3 with fibre i think its called

and i reckon you'd still get 20mbps+
