IPStream or TalkTalk/Opal, New ISP?

Hi, looking for a bit of advice regarding a new ISP!

I'm currently looking at migrating away from IDNet (Home Supermax) because of the cost and low peak allowance.

The exchange I'm on is Elmswell, so I believe I'm limited to either IPStream or TalkTalk/Opal (?).

Things I have to consider:
- Don't really want to be paying more than £30 a month.
- Not a very heavy downloader, but have been using more than 40GB per month at IDNets peak hours (9am-midnight). Heaviest usage occurs during evenings and weekends.
- My Fiancee and I are both gamers so speeds and ping times are of high importance.
- Would not like to be on a package that is traffic shaped or throttled in any way.

Although it's not LLU, the package I'm currently favouring is Xilo's Office 40GB, I've been informed by Xilo that offpeak times are 8pm-8am and weekends - which are unmetered with a 200GB FUP (which suits me fine!).

Am I unaware of any better packages for my situation or should I go with Xilo? Any Xilo customer reviews would also be appreciated

See, I would say you should... but that would be bias

We can also offer a bundled service (MPF) on that exchange, or a Pro 24 (SMPF) (75GB) allowance too but that isn't peak-only.

Several options? I don't think there is anything that meets my requirements like the Xilo Office 40GB is there?

I'm on Xilo Office 40; and can think of very few occasions over the last year and a bit that I've been with them that I've not been able to achieve full speed on my line.

Any support tickets are answered quickly; they have their own forum where everyone tries to help out; and questions generally tend to get answered quickly; even outside the normal support hours.

I tried a few different ISPs including AAISP, but found that the package & speed offered by Xilo was second to none.

I've certainly never looked back

We have an option for LLU on that exchange £19.80 per month 100GB FUP although P2P type trafic is run as a lower priority during office hours, and its a monthly contract.

Xilo are excellent.

Approaching my 2nd year with them and unless my exchange gets LLU'd and Xilo do not have access to the tails then i'll be staying for some time.
