The packages you can get form vivaciti are all monthly contract anyway, so a safe punt.

Having discovered all these "niche" ISP, I am now tempted by Eclipse. Would you also recommend them?

I don't know enough about them to comment, sorry. For some reason that I forget, back in history, I ignore them.
