Best Performance ISP (that doesn't use BE)

I've recently been told that my exchange is completely full and I can't be assigned a port, so O2 can't offer me broadband. I know these guys use BE, so now I need to pick an ISP that's not using BE.

Who should I go with for best performance that doesn't use BE? I'm not really too bothered about the cost as long as it's less than about £60/mo. inc. phone.

Suggestions welcome.

Xilo, ADSL24, TitanADSL or if your looking a little more at a business focused point you might consider Zen.
