I think xilo/uno might be able to offer adsl2+ over 21CN on a monthly contract?

I was only connected this morning, so can't really comment so far, but my speeds did at least stay consistently high during the couple of hours I was using it this morning. I'll be able to offer a better evaluation after a week or so I hope!
