How did you get a quicker install date, at best i have to wait until 2 May before they can claim back the line.
Therefore will have to cancel.


we have our phone line rental with bt(have had since we moved to this house almost 9years ago) so just had to give them the mac from our current isp.

That explains it, thanks.
Every where i tried with MAC at the ready whether having to change line or not all came up 7 to 11 working days.
Luckilly my existing FTTC ISP i am now on a rolling 30 day contract and given notice.
