Do all ISP's accomodate own Domain Email

My daughter is currently with Virgin for Broadband. She has recently obtained her own Domain name which she wants to use for Email using Windows Mail under Vista.
Apparently Virgin are changing their Web Mail platform to use Google and this seems to make it impossible for her to use her Domain for her family.
Individually she can arrange for her Emails to be sent using Windows Mail showing that they come from her, showing her as [email protected] and when they are received by the recipient they arrive from [email protected].
However she cannot get this to apply to her husband and daughter. When an Email is sent by either of them, it is received by the recipient showing as having been sent from [email protected] not [email protected].
On taking this up with Virgin it seems that nothing can be done. To achieve what she wants, she will have to use their Web Mail and she does not want to do this.
Can anyone recommend an ISP with competitive prices, which will give her what she wants?
All suggestions will be most welcome.

There are lots of ISPs that will also give you a hosted account as we do, but to be honest unless your not happy with your current provider it would not be a reason to move.
You can just get a hosted service on it's own and this will give you/her access to set up what ever email accounts you like independent of the ISP you are with.
I am sure there will be a few people here later who could recommend a hosted provider, there are loads out there.

What email host is setup on the domain?
A domain without a email host is pretty much useless.

Thanks for the replies and in particular Mr. Saffron. What he said struck a cord and I interrogated my daughters Domain provider and sure enough it does provide an Email Hosting service and I was eventually able to set her up with what she required.
The most disappointing thing about her efforts to solve this problem, was theat she has submitted 5 requests for Help on this matter to her Domain host - extendnet.co.uk - over the past month and she has not even had an acknowledgement, never mind an answer to her query, not a good advert for that company!
