Ummmm frown.

The Anonymous poster I chunnered at has brought up something interesting. There is something a bit wrong in those stats, as on an attenuation of 23.5dB the average connection speed, (bandwidth in those stats), is well over 16Mbps, and I would expect to see over 18Mbps.

Everything else looks normal.

Have a browse through my Troubleshooting section, ignoring the High noise margin, Odd speed test results and Router acting oddly pages. See if anything strikes you.

Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed of 72.3Mbps and upstream line speed of 20Mbps.

So yes, you can order, and yes, you are going to receive much faster speeds, looks like you are very close to your cabinet. Happy days.

That's brilliant Rob. Given that on an 80/20 product it is forecasting almost full speed, on the one you are looking at 40/10 connection speeds will be rock solid. That gives IP Profiles of 38.72/10Mbps.

Still see if you can see anything in my Troubleshooting stuff, even though an FTTC connection would probably eliminate the problem. You never know.
