So I have been up & running since Friday & its terrific
I am getting 56/16. The estimate was 67.5/19.5
Is there any way of getting a bit more out of it?
Being a bit greedy I know

The estimate referrs to connection speeds, so 56/16 from speedtests (if that is what they are) is not that unreasonable.

Not really, and there nothing in stone to say that the speeds you have after the first couple of days will remain that way forever.

It's two days on FTTC.
The BT 10 days is even more of a myth on fibre than it was on ADSLx, as it is a feature of the BT Wholesale DLM which doesn't control the line on FTTC. That is done by the Openreach DLM in the cabinet, and the spec is two very sensitive days then ongoing control as required.
Don't bother telling any ISP support that though. Brick walls surround you.
