I've been trying to contact Xilo sales for a couple of weeks now but no reply. I can't even get through to them over the phone - the number doesn't connect which is a bit worrying! Which number?
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Connection - Plusnet Extra Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.0/13.9Mbps @ 600m.

I was trying their 0800 number (0800 848 8468). It never rang - just got a disconnected tone for some reason. I'll try contacting them again.

You're right! That # (as per their home page) doesn't work despite uno saying he tested two #s but presumably not that one.

Ah! It's not me going a bit crazy then!
I also sent another email via their contact form on the website (http://www.xilo.net/info/ask_a_question/) and to their email address: [email protected] yesterday morning but still haven't heard anything back

That's very strange.
I've tested all our numbers, including the 0800, 0345, 020 and 00353 7 (Ireland) numbers and get through on all of them from two different mobiles (Vodafone and T-Mobile), a BT land line and Skype.
I'll have a look again but we're getting calls on them as normal so at a bit of a loss why you cant

Just tried your 0800 848 8468 from up here and got through OK via my BT line and BT call package to the automated voice re. Xilo sales etc.

Found the most recent one (can't find the other from my current location as it is a while ago)..
Received at 9:37am, further updated added at 10:13am, replied from us at 10:54am.

Most peculiar! I still get number unobtainable; also on BT Retail Call Plan.
