No, just the one 0800 being discussed. I know of no other #s.

However just looked others up and the 0345 & 0203 are OK from here with "Welcome to Xilo".

Just found the reason why the 0800 does not work from some phones.

If you Withhold Number, as I do, it does not connect!

Solution: Just prefix 1470 before 0800.

Interesting!

Will have to raise that with our 0800 provider as the number behind it works with/without withheld numbers.

Mystery possibly solved!

Please could you check this? The only email I received was at 9:38am on the 3rd October which was an auto reply. I have checked both my email and our Symantec Cloud email security system and both show as nothing else being received from Xilo.

Funny! Cuz 0800 #s usually know the Caller ID of Withheld #s. This is published somewhere.

Might be worth checking out the e-mail Spam folder just in case.

I'm checking the actual Symantec Cloud spam filter itself (which shows all emails) and there's nothing

You're saying that withholding numbers doesn't work if you dial 0800? and this is "published somewhere"? Where??

If i'd remembered I'd have posted it, but Google will lead you to many discussions of it.

I do know that many times I've called straight 0800, other end has known my # w/out me giving it.
