Yes I've seen this issue a few times.

At a very minimum a service via BT wholesale. Although I believe it's just BT BB allowed.
That's not quoting me frown

I think BT basic doesnt allow any LLU.

sky fibre isnt LLU I think but does still use sky backhaul, the issue been tho might be the requirement to have sky talk which would be LLU on the voice.

It allows SMPF, but cannot be moved to MPF. It has to be upgraded to a standard rental first. See this post in this thread, by the OP tongue.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet Extra Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.0/14.9Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

You sure? Someone said
The following conditions exclude customers from being eligible for BT Basic service:

- the line is for PSTN Split line voice service.
meant more commonly a Shared Metallic Path Facility.

Now we know that some BT Basic custs were on O2 LLU and others. So they may have been strictly speaking ineligible but BT Retail was ignorant of their BB arrangements.

I read shared metallic path not allowed.

So isp's like plusnet which use BTw fine yes, but not isps on LLU.
