Ok.. So it looks like it's Virgin Media. Plusnet looks a fair option being unlimited but do I have to have a landline to have this or can they use an old line? Not sure!

If there is a physical non-VM Cable line installed, though not in use, it will be used - re-activated with a new number.

If you have a landline at the moment, (not a VM Cable phone line), then that can probably be left with your current line rental company and number. You do not have to take Plusnet line rental and calls. It's just that's the first option you see on their website.

Hi thank you for your advice.. Iv been with VM before & didnt think they were that great! Im looking more into plusnet unlimited Internet. I'm going to look at customer reviews before I sign up. wink
