Etico Solutions

Hi all.

Does anyone use Etico Solutions as their ISP? I have been unable to connect since last night and am getting a TAM when calling them. They used to be Aspire Internet before they went belly up. Does anyone know if they have bitten the bullet again?

Any information or an alternative number would be gratefully recieved

Are these the ones that advertise "free" broadband?

aspire internet and before that christian broadband I ask because they all offer some in house filtering called clean web Ofcom are investigating a case regarding them not issuing mac codes
If aspireinternet is a previous company name then they have been featured on here some time agoAspire internet, (disolved) looks like they have a habit of shutting down without telling their customers or giving them MAC codes so that they can migrate

Owing Enta money previously was one.
Maybe same applies now to current Supplier.

Does ASA know? Or do they only take on customers on top of exchange?

Also overdoing the word "Superfast"!

Would you trust your BB to an outfit that doesn't know its Bytes from its bits?

Or has Fibre now reached 192 Mbps? For only £14.49 a month?

What do they think it is dial up? 3 GB lol, pointless, then there is their Clean web anti smut filter,lol

Going by the replies up to this one, that 3GB download allowance could be the peak time usage on the lowest Entanet package. You could try ringing their support and asking.
