In reply to a post by RobertoS:
I'm sure you will like it. Who is your line rental with, and are you moving that to Plusnet as well? If it is with O2 then we need to get a PN rep talking to you as things have occasionally gone wrong with the double move.

If it isn't with O2 then there won't be a problem.

Thanks. I am taking the fibre only product and keeping my line with BT...

No problem with the phone number then smile.

The only troubles seem to be when the number was originally given you by an SMF (full LLU) supplier or VM, or on a move from O2 if the line rental is also with O2, as PN have a way of doing the latter that can clash with O2's system.

I assume you read the earlier posts?

There's always a risk when you change phone supplier. Tiny in this case, but I doubt if you will get a guarantee. Whose name is it in, and the broadband? Same or different?

If the phone is in their name and the broadband in yours, then I would expect a problem moving to a bundle in your name. A bundle in their name would work.

If you want a full TV package with your broadband then unless you have Virgin Media fibre to the node (FTTN), in your area, I suggest Sky. Yikes! Murdock. VM Top speeds. 120Mb/12Mb
