I think its more the changing of the off peak hours myself, as 8-10 pm is probably the most active time slot for working families, or it certainly is my household. And i rarely got to my 50gig download limit either with the midnight to 8am time slot anyway.

Yea peak ends at 8pm, and my usage was doubled from 50gb to 100gb. Im sure some on fibre got 500gb peak. Im grateful for it and as i do more streaming than usenet downloading benefits me more, but i think thats where the problem lies
Usenet is the only application that will saturate your connection. Gaming, streaming whatever dont need as much bandwidth

Can you drop me a PM with your telephone number, as we have had a few of these questions raised we are looking to see if we can put something in place to resolve the issue.
I too rarely got close to my 50Gb allowance, let alone the new 100Gb, why not simply back track everyone back down to 50Gb from next month and take the off peak back to midnight til 8am, why attempt to fix something that was never broke~??????
please let me know if you can resolve this issue as I`m on fully unbundled phone/broadband LLU too (ttb at exchange). And am looking to move from this throttling shambles @ Coms too. Thank you.
This has got so stupid, I am having to download a game via p2p in the daytime today to get a decent speed, As Coms have throttled my long line connection down to 10-30kbs at off-peak now. Totally effing ludicrous!!
