If you can get TalkTalk, I'd go with them.

I too was VERY hesitant to sign up with them, but six months on, we've had no issues. Our broadband is faster than it was before and we pay far less than we did to Plusnet. Their forum support has been good too.

The ExSC would suggest that there has been and maybe still are issues within the exchange.

Good reason there to move directly to a non BT wholesale provider. (The ExSC only reports BT wholesale status).

Reasons for deletion.

1. Several similar spam like posts
2. 36 month contract on page you gave to someone in the Residential section, so probably a consumer and for consumer services (and most likely SME too if push come to shove) Ofcom limits contracts to 24 months.
3. Package pages give NO IDEA OF SPEEDS, not even if an ADSL, ADSL2+ or FTTC based service

I've now signed up with Xilo and to be activated on the 17th of this month. It was due to your guidance in this forum that I grasped the metal and signed up online with them and chose the Pro50gb (LLU - TTB)
Looking forward to activation date and hopefully an increase in speed. Not looking for mega speeds just something acceptable and more than I'm getting now on Zen.
