Which 80/20 Fibre Provider

So I have been with plusnet since 2013 and I am now getting bored of rebooting or switching off my router to get on a "decent" gateway. I have looked at BT, Zen, Sky and TalkTalk.

I am at the point where I will happily buy myself out of my remaining contract. BT have some great deals on Infinity 2, I get BT Wifi and so on. Besides the customer support which can be "problematic" are there any other downsides to BT?

My exchange is WWBRIX and it mentions that TalkTalk and Sky are LLU, does this mean they have their own backhaul as well or just their own equipment in the exchange?

In the past I would have said Zen was a no brainer but seeing that I can get BT and their TV package and save £30 a month on plusnet + Sky TV it has made me wonder.

LLU means there own back haul generally

All providers are pretty much the same

it just depends on the level of custom service you want.

Spoke to Sky this morning and went with their Sky Fibre Pro package. Got a 12 month contract and over 40% discount for 10 months and I still get a UK call centre.
