Thanks to all for the advice and suggestions.
I decided to take line rental and FTTC from Xilo as they were able to offer me line rental at 9.99 ex vat, only slightly more expensive than Vivaciti. Several other providers are cheaper but I guess I'd rather deal with one from whom I have had good service rather than step into the unknown.
