Cheapest deal probably TalkTalk where you are.

My recommendation is BT although TT may be fine.
Cheapest deal on a BT line is EE BTwholesale WBC (21CN) ADSL2+ or FTTC service.

Unlimited Broadband & Calls, Just £2.50 per month for 12 months.
Plus line rental from £11.00

TalkTalk is LLU network, it costs a bundle to get off that to go back on to BT network. frown

EE have traffic management and generally I would not recommend them.

TalkTalk is truly unlimited.

Regarding your "it costs a bundle" statement - that is not true when you enter a new contract with BT, Sky or whoever they will usually either provide the install free (BT) or around £9 (in experience) with Sky.
