Have you got a VPN set up at your router?

update:

right so testing from my folks place (akso xilo)

- their desktop win7 machine. same issue with paysafe
- my laptop (debian wheezy) on their network - same issue with paysafe

checked the router settings no vpn polices setup default firewall is on (allow all outgoing, drop all incoming)

I've got am email from matt to check with ip-check.net which I'll later but I am begining to suspect that paysafecard.com for whatever reason has banned entire blocks of ips from xilo/uno. which would be a bummer.

I did try at work (BT business line) and had no issues there

Have Xilo/Uno ever purchased blocks of IP addresses from another ISP? There have been issues with Plus Net who purchased a block from a US ISP which have caused problems when used with UK credit cards.

Something to do with not updating the location on the whois record if memory serves me correctly. This can trigger a fraud alert as IP location says US and card location says UK.

Try using a whois service with your IP and see if there are any clues?

All the blocks are directly from RIPE. That's not to say we were the first to use them but they've been assigned to our group since 2009.

well I exhausted l the tests I could. it really does look normal on my end so I decided to email paysafecard.com and here is the response I get is to disable every IP anonimization program I have [I have none], or else just switch isp [because thats a valid solution in their eyes]

Please let us know if you encounter further difficulties.

I find it hilarious that their go to response is to tell the user to switch isps. in any case thanks Matt for posting in the thread though I wonder how on earth a block of ip got blanket banned by them would be interested if anyone else here has similar issues
