Pulse8 will equally supply Broadband if no TT LLU. They will also do SMPF for those shy of taking their line away from BTW, which is exactly what we have in mind here on a rubbish EE broadband service. More than happy with the service I get from Pulse8 at our other property. Call charges 1p, no call connection fee and per second billing. Fibre connection charges were increased because folks were abusing their no tie-in fibre and using them as a stepping stone to elsewhere on fibre after a month. ADSL charges are only likely where no phone line or like for like service.
"Activation charges may apply if you do not have a working telephone line and no existing ADSL service exists."

that's interesting , as when i sometime ago spoke with their support they said that it would be MPF so in effect i would have to also take their voice service, no mention of supplying FTTC only, though it may depend on if tt llu is in the exchange or not ?

Well I was talking to Adam a couple of days ago about my partners problem EE line here. It is now just about unusable at 600Kbps and suffers disconnection with incoming calls. But you just can't get through to them what needs to be done. When I stated she was not keen on unbundling with TT, Adam said even where these was TT LLU, they are happy to just switch to the Broadband element, leaving the line with BTW. Though I am not sure if that would technically be SMPF as Tiscali that they supply are now TT owned, making the same providers, but with the bonus of avoiding TT CS - price the same. Not sure if this could apply to P8 fibre, as line is usually inclusive in the price

There seems to be a lack of anyone doing FTTC on SMPF with an alternative back haul provider to BTW , Even A&A are tying the line rental into their new TB FTTC packages ,
I wonder which GEA DLM stability Option they (Talk Talk) use for resellers like pulse 8 ,? or is each reseller able to specify which of the 3 available options at time of order on their customers behalf

I am fairly sure that an ISP can switch options for stability as they wish. Adam and Sam & Pulse8 have switched profiles while I have been talking to them on the phone while we monitor errors. ISPs have less control with FTTC, but I believe they have full control at all times for ADSLxx, as Uno customers get the full control panel to play with as they like for optimum speed or stability. They are almost identical to Pulse8, with even cheaper calls and very good customer service with the likes of Matt on board, though not sure what they offer with regard to SMPF combinations.

I think not smile.

Pulse8 prices include Vat, uno's do not. So even their Weekend 0.7ppm give 0.84ppm compared with Pulse8's off-peak 0.8ppm.

The indispensable man or woman passes from the scene, and what happens next is more or less the same thing as was happening before.
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. Sync 59997/15142kbps @ 600m. - BQM

And I think so Bob. Add the V.A.T and take into account no £2 for fixed IP address and they less expensive, especially with the 100Gb service with unmetered from 8.00pm - More than adequete and the same allowance as you I think. But, I think you have failed to look at their mobile call costs, which was my point - Not a very big point I'll agree, but a valid one. Actually less expensive. Even the unlimited Talk and surf is only £22.99 including V.A.T with included Fixed IP address, unlimited mail addresses, webspace and hosting one site. P8 £26.00 Plus £2.00 fixed IP. Their 80/20 FTTC plus line and V.A.T £47.97 against P8 £46, so a few calls to mobiles and nothing in it.Does not make me unhappy where I am, but just posting info as I understand it. Actually considering replacing our flaky EE connection with Pulse8.

Hi sorry for the late reply!

Primarily because during of the evening slow down.

I was thinking that if i removed myself from the BT network, it would improve.

We were with Sky a few years ago and we never seemed to have the same issue.
