I moved a few months ago and I am currently with Vivaciti, I was told all the activation costs upfront. There was a problem with the order, as BT openreach did not connect on the day they should have done, Vivaciti were on the case and I was up and running shortly after.

I couldn't fault them to be honest and this is my second time as my ISP, the only reason I left them previously, was because of the state Entanet connections were a few years ago.

I just wanted to add my two penny worth, and to show another side (and yes, I watched that whole thread unfold).
