Indeed I agree, I'm quite happy sticking with Plusnet for ADSL as have had very little issues with the actual connection and line speed, however phoning CS can be time consuming unless you phone first thing in the morning at the start of their shift.


They do now have a web chat, that also has delays but perhaps more tolerable if you have something else to do on your PC at the same time. I had to use this facility to get the broadband switched on when I changed phone and BB suppliers. They should have activated the service at the same time as the phone.

I'm delighted with Andrews and Arnold (aa.net.uk). Not the cheapest, but if you go for the cheapest you'll get what you pay for. Very fast, generally not unlimited. I pay on a per GB of traffic basis, but there are lots of different options.
