Been having fun and games with our Sky connection (see here).
It's taken me a week of intermittent problems for Sky to have escalated to their back office team and I'm still look a a further 5 working days for resolution.
Good CS has suddenly become a much higher priority. P8 is obviously a one stop shop for support, but does anyone know if TTB operate a similar to tier front desk-back desk model to Sky.
