when you get fed up of them not fixing your problems and you go onto their community forums to voice your experience

I have issues with their CS but the connection is fine.

If you are out of contract vote with your feet and leave.

I was not sure about getting anything with Talk Talk associated to it - but I find their business connection and customer service to be quite acceptable and fairly priced. I wouldn't touch the residential side though and I would agree with you there.

I find BT and TTs general customer service to be equally bad, although BT have a decent executive support team.

True. I chose the business service because, well, it's £45 a month. And I am for the first time using a landline again and saving some cash because of Talk2go and the inclusive minutes.

I'm moving in a few months, that'll be free too in the contract which helps

I agree, BT is bad, I can only take your word for the TTR side of it - but the reviews back you up.

Was going to say if you're using their forums to give negative feedback then you cant really blame them for banning people.

Talk Talk pay to run the forums, so why would they (or any isp) pay to have people slag them off on their forum.

Depends on how the feedback is done. As per the original post then TT would most likely remove. If done in a more neutral factual manner then unless they have something to hide then they should allow it - a good company would accept feedback and act on it.
