I went for Talk Talk Business when I was with them - mainly for the 7 day UK support but for £45 all in I didn't see the issue - turned out to be one of the best ISP's i've ever had - and I regret leaving them. The connection was faultless for the whole 24 months I had them.

Edit: I didn't want to deal with off shore - and at the time the unlimited calls to landline and mobile was very useful to me.
