Well if you want to be left with no real choice other than the big boys then shun new startups. Generally they try really hard to meet customer expectations but until they grow a bit bigger to afford more staff then issues may take longer to resolve. I have a couple of sites that has there service and have no complaintes to log. I migrated a BT service and saved over £30 every month..
